Weekly Rates & Booking

All bed linen is included in our rates, We can provide towels on request, but an additional charge is made to cover laundry costs.

All electricity costs ( including electric heating) are included in the rental price.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please add Ł15 additional cleaning charge to total weekly rates. We also request that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms

25% of weekly rate is payable on booking. Balance is required one calendar month prior to arrival.

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival after 3.00 pm, departure 10.00 am to allow for cleaning.

Early telephone booking is advisable to check availability and avoid disappointment. Your telephone booking will remain firm as long as your deposit and booking form are received within 7 days.

One quarter of the weekly rate is required as a deposit with booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.

We can only accept payment by cheque. Sorry, we do not have the facility to accept credit or debit cards.

Upon receipt of your deposit cheque, booking confirmation will be forwarded. Directions and key arrangements will be sent on receipt of your balance cheque.
