Sitting Room/ Dining Room
A delightful, comfortable sitting room which overlooks the garden. Windows at both ends make it a light and bright space. The room has an open fire (ideal for cosy autumn and winter evenings), night storage heater and French windows that lead into the enclosed garden.
All furniture in the room is of excellent quality. There is a 19" colour TV, a DVD player and CD player/ radio. A small DVD and video library is available along with a good selection of books, maps, guides and games.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen has a good range of attractive classic kitchen units and worktops. There is an integrated double electric oven, ceramic hob and overhead extractor unit. The kitchen includes a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
The kitchen is well equipped to cater for those that prepare all or some of their meals during their stay. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, pans and cookware, utensils etc.
The kitchen looks out over the delightful gardens and onwards to beautiful rising pasture/ woodland. It has a stable door, small brekfasting area and night storage heater.
2 Double Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with pine beds, wardrobes and dressers. Both bedrooms overlook the rear of the property with attractive views into open countryside and woodland. Heating is by electric convection wall heaters.
Duvets and bed linen are provided and included in the rental rates.
Bedroom 1
Bathroom
The bathroom is large, spacious and bright. There is a bath with shower over, wash hand-basin and WC. Heating is by night storage heater and there is also a chrome heated towel rail. We do not supply towels in the rental charge, so guests are reminded to provide their own. However, if you would like us to provide towels, please let us know - this will attract an additional charge to cover laundry costs.
Outside
The property has a small, bedded area to the front of the house which leads from a private lay-by with designated parking space.
To the rear of the property is a delightful, well-stocked terraced garden with 3 lawned areas that is ideal for sitting/ dining outside on long summer days or warm stary evenings. Garden furniture is provided as well as a barbeque.
There is a separate garage with one parking space in front. The garage, which leads into the back garden, is ideal for storage of bikes, fishing equipment, waterproofs and beach furniture
